2. Categories of data collected
Navigation data: anonymised IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages viewed and timestamps — collected in aggregate form by our analytics systems (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization).
Data voluntarily provided by the user: email address and messages sent via the contact form or directly by email.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Responding to contact enquiries — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Statistical analysis of aggregated and anonymised traffic — legal basis: freely given, revocable user consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations and defence in proceedings — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed by electronic means and stored on servers located within the European Union. Contact emails are retained for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and for a maximum of 24 months thereafter, unless a longer legal obligation applies.
Aggregated Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per GA4 default configuration.
5. Recipients
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Some technical providers act as data processors — namely Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), Emergent Labs (hosting), Google LLC (Google Fonts). All operate under GDPR-compliant contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Rights of the data subject
The user has the right to access their data, request rectification or erasure, request restriction of or object to processing, exercise the right to data portability and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights please write to info@alldesignsrl.com. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
7. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Material changes will be announced via the cookie banner on the next visit.
